The best butcher in the neighborhood, look no further! Everything at Bidoche is excellent: pieces of meat of exceptional quality, homemade (or prepared by the talented Maison Montalet) charcuterie, ready meals for those who don't want to bother ... It's hard to recommend one product more than another so much we are seduced. Fall for a (very) tender piece of beef, a soft shoulder of lamb, a shepherd's pie with small onions or a liver sausage that will delight your frenzied aperitifs. When the period permits, take a seat at the restaurant just behind, and don't forget to make a reservation beforehand. You can then choose your piece in "showcase" before tasting it accompanied by its broccoli in truffle oil, its homemade mash or even its incredible fries cooked in beef fat ... at will!
