It's official, Bouillon Pigalle will have a little brother in 2021 and it will be called ... Bouillon République! The historic Chez Jenny brewery has ceded its large building a few short breaks from Place de la République to the Moussié brothers, who launched the (major) work to soon accommodate this future Bouillon. While waiting for the happy event, you can already taste its traditional dishes thanks to the truck that sits in front of the future restaurant, offering the classic eggs mayo, sausage-mash, cordon bleu, chocolate fondant, profiteroles ... all for great prices!
